Does anybody have pictures of all the MDR menu items currently available?

If you look on the thread for the 24 day N. Statendam cruise currently ongoing, you will see some of the menus being printed.

 

If you have the Navigator app, you may see some menus as your sailing date approaches.

I don't mean the printout of the menu. I mean the actual photo of the food dishes.

They are posted on the wall in the ship’s kitchen so the cooks and support staff  know how to present the dishes.  B4 Covid you would be able to take a kitchen tour.  Some people have posted individual dishes on their trip reports in the past.
