Lauderdale on Sep. 3, 2022. I am fully vaccinated, but it looks like the testing requirement still applies to me since my cruise departs before Sep. 5, 2022. I have a 10 day in October and will need to test 3 days before!! Crazy!! Maybe. Their updated guidelines ref B2B is vague and state they will let passengers know onboard if they need a test (to be provided complimentary by Celebrity). They dont actually say what will trigger the need for a test, only that most wont need one. Getting on the first sailing seems to be covered with no test required. I asked my CVP this (before this last set of changes, to be fair) and he said the trigger is if the previous sailing reaches the 2.5% positivity mark. I do think it would be quite strange on two 7 day B2Bs not requiring testing of embarking "regular" passengers to test the B2Bers... but I suppose if there were tons and tons of people coming to medical on the first sailing with symptoms (unlikely... since only the honest get punished) or lots of crew in quarantine, triggering the threshold, they do reserve their right to test B2Bers.
