Rare vickykay Posted August 31, 2022 #1 Share Posted August 31, 2022 I know I’ve done it before but can’t recall how to switch to a different ship/sailing on the app. Any help appreciated. Thanks. Vicky
isnowman Posted August 31, 2022 #2 Share Posted August 31, 2022 Hi Vicky, When you open the app on your phone you should see a number of icons at the bottom of the page, safety health check-in etc. Just swipe those icons from right to left and the page that opens should have your profile and what sailing you have selected. The " select a different sailing " prompt should be there. Hope that helps.
SbbquilterUT Posted August 31, 2022 #3 Share Posted August 31, 2022 Another way is to touch the right hand symbol at the top of the page (next to the calendar symbol) and you have the option to select another sailing.

canderson Posted June 8 #6 Share Posted June 8 Resurrecting this zombie thread to advise that the current version of the app only allows you to select from among your own booked cruises, not every X ship in the water as it used to do. Rather than "Select a different sailing", which allowed selection (and very conveniently, the viewing of dining & activities) of any current X sailing, it's now "Select a different cruise" and only shows your own list of booked itineraries. Click on a sail date. The Royal Caribbean app works the same way. Edited June 8 by bavrail18

The "Browse our ships" was just below the bottom of the screen, cut clean enough that there didn't appear to be reason to scroll!
miched Posted June 9 #10 Share Posted June 9 The app is not really user friendly. It is difficult and confusing. They need to make it easier to navigate Happy cruising 🌊🚢🇺🇸🌅
wansley Posted June 9 #11 Share Posted June 9 Thanks ! I could never get the activities from a similar cruise before my cruise in the past. Great step by step instructions.
