Is there any word on requirements for pre testing on cruises leaving from Buenos Aires?

Suggest you go to the website where the current testing rules are clearly posted as will any changes.  If you signed up for email updates on your cruise you can see any changes there as well.

If your mean Celebrity's website. There is not covid info for South American cruises. Our cruise is in April. I have put the cruise on hold until Celebrity has something in writing. American Embassy in Argentina did have a requirement of PCR test within 2 or 3 days before departure of cruise ships. That requirement was gone the last time I looked at the website.

Argentina dropped all Covid restrictions this summer, check their government website to see if anything changes.
