Great service, and that scallop appetizer is one of the best things I’ve had in a minute!
JandPB Posted January 11, 2023 #1077 Share Posted January 11, 2023 We enjoyed sailing on the Glory out of New Orleans. Such an easy embarkation and debarkation. Eating and drinking in New Orleans didn't stink either. Look forward to your next adventure.

All the good classes were sold out or B wasn’t interested, but I think I’d like to do one someday. The BBQ one was very popular We did the one for breakfast-Huevos Rancheros, Frittatas and 12 hour french toast (in only 1 hour lol) It was fun!! WE are doing the tailgate on on our next cruise in March.
Wolfhunt Posted January 14, 2023 #1080 Share Posted January 14, 2023 (edited) Thanks for the trip review. Had a lot of fun following but had to wait until this morning to finish it. Just got off the Mardi Gras and for some odd reason it wouldn’t let me look at the Cruise Critic site. That is a great ship. We are Alchemy people normally but only went there twice. Had a lot more fun at the Brass Magnolia and Fortune Teller bars. Melissa definitely made sure my glass was never empty at BM. Kinda bummed that our next three cruises don’t have the Brass Magnolia. Got hooked on that bar. Hope you got home safe. Sitting in a day room at the MCO Hyatt waiting for our 8:30pm flight. Love the day rooms, looking down at the security lines it’s pure chaos right now. Not a seat to be found and a 45+ minute wait for regular security. Edited January 14, 2023 by Wolfhunt

Conquest I think? But it's been the better part of two decades

Retired20 Posted July 26 #1084 Share Posted July 26 I am so glad I found this review ! I hate that your flight got so messed up and you had that long drive ! I would like to know which ship you prefer, the MG or the Venezia . Thanks so much for this review !

Honestly they're both fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to sail either one. I prefer the Excel class ships because of all the casual food options, the abundance of pools and the amazing serenity, the huge casino, and my favorite bars at sea.... I prefer Venezia for the unique Lido, the main theater, the beautiful classic atrium, and the efficient and uncrowded elevators. EIther way, you can't go wrong IMHO
Retired20 Posted July 27 #1086 Share Posted July 27 Thanks for answering me. We have done a b2b on the MG and I did enjoy the extra food choices they had, but it was too big for me. Perhaps the best choice for me now is the Venezia, since I have never been on it and your pictures of it were fantastic ! I believe in Feb.nit will come to port Canaveral, which will be a lot easier for me to get to than NY ! Have you done a review of the Horizon ?
d-lite-n-cruisin Posted September 18 #1087 Share Posted September 18 This is my 3rd time reading this review. I'm always here for it! We just got back from the Jubilee in August and going again in February for the Super Bowl. Rudy's was my favorite. I had the lobster thermidor and so did the wife. BUT, by the time the main course came she was full so I had the lobster x 2. #sacrifices. Thanks for the thorough reviews. I still get anxiety reading about your travel woes with airlines, bags, and passports...... and I already KNOW how it ends up. 🤣 P.S. 6 more classes left for my Master's degree from UNT..... Go Mean Green. Which is hard to say since I'm a Nebraska Fan.... so Go Big Red, ALSO!
