Mama2Tay Posted February 5, 2023 #1 Share Posted February 5, 2023 We are sailing in March and I can see all three of our cabins in my app. I did the check-in for all three, just chose the boarding time and left the rest to finish later. The problem is that my son and his girlfriend who are in one of the cabins cannot see the check-in on their app. When they go to the check-in section they get a message that check-in is not available or something similar. My daughter and her boyfriend in another cabin can see theirs just fine and so can my husband. Anyone have any idea why this is? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

What's the make and model of the device he's using? 3.) Are there any firmware updates that need to be done on the device? 4.) Did he check for software updates? 5.) In the App Store/Google Play, does it say that his device is supported? 6.) Does he have enough storage to support any updates? If not, is there removable storage that he could use to expand the memory in his device? 7.) Is the App Store/Google Play Store cache cleared? 8.) Has he tried signing out and back in? 9.) Has he cleared the Royal app cache? 10.) Has he tried rebooting the device? 11.) smokeybandit Posted February 5, 2023 #3 Share Posted February 5, 2023 If they're doing it from the app, make sure they're clicking on the person icon first and clicking check-in from there, not the main screen.
