APEX - MDR - 6PM seating vs anytime dining....

We are traveling with a group of 7. Some have 6PM seating and some have anytime dining.  Do you know if they will allow us all to eat at 7PM, together?  I have tried to change us all to Anytime but they tell me it is 'sold out'. Just wondering if it is a big deal or if I should add this to the list of 'must dos' for the moment we board.

Apex has no set sittings. You can all show up at the time you want to dine.
