DeniseAtBeach Posted February 12, 2023 #1 Share Posted February 12, 2023 We have Fort Lauderdale B2B2B in April and would like to do the Airboat Excursion but Princess only shows ending at the airport, nothing that takes you back to PE. Anyone have suggestions how we can get picked up at PE for this excursion and dropped off at PE to reboard. Thanks in advance.
EDDY0827 Posted February 12, 2023 #2 Share Posted February 12, 2023 A private tour may do pickup/delivery to the port. Other than that, Uber/Lyft?
Rare LACruiser88 Posted February 12, 2023 #3 Share Posted February 12, 2023 We have done the same excursion on a b2b. We used Uber, very easy and cheap.
Rare Rick&Jeannie Posted February 12, 2023 #4 Share Posted February 12, 2023 All cruise line excursions of that type are always "deliver to airport". As others have said...either private tour or Uber/Lyft back to ship from the airport. If you go the private tour route you may very well end up with the same tour company that provides the excursion for the ship.
Ace_Caliente Posted February 13, 2023 #5 Share Posted February 13, 2023 (edited) If you look under the "Special Notes" section of the excursion FLL-635 "Debark Tour: Everglades Airboat Ride & Eco-Adventure With Fort Lauderdale Airport Transfer" it says near the bottom: **Although, this is a disembarkation tour, guests who are continuing the cruise (on LINK voyages or back to back) and wish to participate on this tour should be aware that the coach will first drop off the guests at the Fort Lauderdale airport then return to the pier where the ship is docked.** It doesn't say this for FLL-640 - so I assume they do two "runs" and the first one is the one to take because they go back to pick up the next batch at the cruise port. Beat me to it. **Although, this is a disembarkation tour, guests who are continuing the cruise (on LINK voyages or back to back) and wish to participate on this tour should be aware that the coach will first drop off the guests at the Fort Lauderdale airport then return to the pier where the ship is docked.** Edited February 14, 2023 by KreinKrunker
G&T Cruisers Posted February 14, 2023 #8 Share Posted February 14, 2023 We did this exact excursion on the Sky Princess B2B in 2020 and when the tour was done we went to the airport stayed on the bus while the people with flights went off and then we went on to the ship.
