Will butler press clothes or are irons available?

We stay in Suites often and I am not aware of any free ironing service. The ship will press your clothes (there is a 50% discount on embarkation day for overnight service)

Your room steward will get you an iron. You have to be ready to iron when it arrives because they will come back "shortly" to retrieve the iron, since it is a fire hazard.

Actually, no one cares if you are a bit wrinkled and if you have clothing that is highly susceptible to wrinkles, those are not the ones to bring on a cruise.

When you get the iron and ironing board do all the clothes that need it at the one time as most likely your cabin steward will return to take it away as someone else will probably need it.  You don't want to be in need of it later and can't get ahold of one as others may being using it.
