tjcletzgo Posted May 11, 2023 #1 Share Posted May 11, 2023 Has anyone heard from her, it’s been ages since she posted🥹
aliaschief Posted May 11, 2023 #2 Share Posted May 11, 2023 She was a Cruise Critic Hall Of Fame member, if there was such an honor. Many of our membership pass on without any of us knowing or become incapacitated or just drop CC when cruising is no longer viable. So I will just say I have no idea but that we miss her and her countless contributions to our forum. She definitely loved the MS Maasdam and the Cruise Critic Community. 5

AV8rix Posted May 12, 2023 #6 Share Posted May 12, 2023 I know her full name and where she lives. There is NO obituary -- although I did find her DH, Robert's obit.
LouChamp Posted May 12, 2023 #7 Share Posted May 12, 2023 Aloha. I thought of her recently and when I saw the title I thought there was an update. Having been a member for decades there are some members who I love reading and following. It is sad when they are no longer with us. Blessings for her and thank you for your post.
Vic The Parrot Posted May 12, 2023 #8 Share Posted May 12, 2023 "Digital detox", perhaps? There comes a time when we all need to step away and disconnect. It does wonders for the mind and soul. Tried it myself recently, and I feel like a completely new person.

I also got excited when I saw the title of the thread then realized it wasn’t her. We used to stay in touch via email but it stopped a few years back. I also enjoyed reading and following her-she loved their Neptune suites.
sansterre Posted May 12, 2023 #10 Share Posted May 12, 2023 We enjoyed meeting Sail Seven Seas on a cruise many years ago. Since then I enjoyed all the posts she wrote on Cruise Critic and hope she will post again.

CruiserBruce Posted May 13, 2023 #12 Share Posted May 13, 2023 Pretty sure the correct user name is @sail7seas, not SailSevenSeas. If she is still monitoring, hopefully she will see this, now that she has been "tagged".

I seem to recall she had issues signing in after her husband passed but not sure as it’s been so long now.
idiebabe Posted May 13, 2023 #15 Share Posted May 13, 2023 I also miss her Posts and always enjoyed her contributions. If I recall, she had a surgery on her hand and had a hard time typing but still managed to Post. Hope she is well!
