basser Posted July 3, 2023 #1 Share Posted July 3, 2023 Is there a maximum age limit for the onboard zip line on the Harmony?
laura85 Posted July 3, 2023 #2 Share Posted July 3, 2023 (edited) Good question! I hope to try it this December. Here is what I found posted on cruise critic: I couldn’t find anything age specific! basser Posted July 3, 2023 Author #3 Share Posted July 3, 2023 Me either. The off ships zip line excursions seem to have a 65 year old maximum. I’m well past that.

This is really disappointing! I will be traveling with my in-laws who are in their 60s/70s and are in EXCELLENT health and really active! We’ve seen a couple excursions they are “too old” for. Is it an insurance thing?

I'd guess insurance. I was 1 year too old to do a bird watching excursion. Like walking thru peoples back yards in Belize would be too much for me. Been there done that. basser Posted July 3, 2023 Author #6 Share Posted July 3, 2023 There is a bird watching excursion? I have booked a private guide in Roatan.

On every RCL ship we have been on, we have never seen an age limit, only a weight and height limit. On Mariner last week, our 9YO GS did everything from surfing to rock climbing to ice skating without any issues whatsoever. On Wonder in April, we saw people who looked a lot older than us doing the zipline and we are in our 70's.
mtgman1 Posted August 9, 2023 #8 Share Posted August 9, 2023 I have not seen a age limit on the rule. I would say go up and read the rules for the zip line. I remember you must have dry clothes, no open toed shoes and other rules I can't remember.
Ashland Posted August 9, 2023 #9 Share Posted August 9, 2023 Have been on Harmony with extended family and there was NO age limit for the onboard zip-line.
