How do you make a BBC

When we were on the Legend last week my wife had a drink called a BBC she loved drinking them does anyone know how to make this drink?

It's a banana colada, with a shot of bailey's (hence the name bailey's banana colada :D) There are plenty of recipes out there for banana coladas, they are pretty easy to make, then just add an extra shot of baileys'... it is not a recipe that is in the Carnival drink book... but you can find several versions at places like webtender.com, etc. I generally just start with the fixings for a pina colada, add banana liquer and baileys... close enough!!

1½ oz Bailey's Irish Cream

1½ oz cream of coconut

1 oz pineapple juice

1 oz vodka

½ of a banana

crushed ice

or

1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream

2 ripe bananas

1/2 cup Coco Lopez (or other coconut flavoring)

2 cups ice cubes

2 ounces white rum (optional

Loved them! I had one almost every night after dinner, my second favorite was the strwberry pina coloda.

We were on the Norwegian Dawn in Feb of 05 and Anthony, our favorite bartender, made me my 1st BBC. It was love at first sip. From then on he didn't even ask me. As soon as he saw me coming he was blending one up for me. That fresh banana does the trick! mmmm good!

BBC 1.5oz Baileys

1oz spiced rum

1 banana

splash of Coco Lopez

stick it in a blender and whip it up!
