Anyone know if you can use MCI calling cards in San Juan or STT?

In St. Thomas there's a "long distance calling center" right at the pier where you get off (near Havensight). It's a little room with tables and a woman in a booth with a bazillion cordless phones. She dials the number for you, you pay like $0.10/minute. Worked well for us!

You should be sble to call MCI & get info on foreign contries they work in. Also, if you have the card already there should be a customer service number to call. They should be sble to give rates also.
