cusematt4 Posted August 10, 2023 #1 Share Posted August 10, 2023 Hi all, We may go on our first trip to Alaska on a cruise from Anchorage to Alaska. We would go with Princess. We would like to do a 3 night pre-cruise tour with Princess prior with us ending by the cruise port to make things easy. There seems to be a ton to choose from. Does anyone have any recommendations to the best 3 or 4 day/night Princess pre-cruise Alaska tours? We're hoping to narrow it down to a few and are overhwhelmed where to start. Would appreciate anyone's first-hand experience with Princess Alaska tours. Also does anyone know if/when Princess has the -2 for 1 airfare -2 for 1 land tours It seems this has been somewhat common and are wondering how we can go about funding these deals and when they may be released at these buy 1 get 1 prices for next summer. Thanks

Rare cruisequeen4ever Posted August 14, 2023 #5 Share Posted August 14, 2023 You’re going to get the most out of Alaska by doing the one way cruise combined with the land tour with Princess. 👌 Princess does it best with owning their own lodges, so you feel like you’re in the ship even while on land. I’d say choose one that visits Denali and incorporates the train as it’s much more comfy and relaxing than a bus. A day in Anchorage is nice, too. When you’re studying the itineraries, look carefully at the minute differences between each one to help you make the most informed decision. Happy planning!
