The only request I made was to have the bed separated since I was sailing with my sister, and it wasn't done. Not a big deal as our stateroom attendant handled it while we were at dinner. I assumed this had been around awhile since I hadn't cruise RCI since 2018. I see that's not an option.😉 We had this option for our check-in on the Spectrum (check in was in May I think, cruise was in August). There was also a QR code on the nightstand in the room (and at the guest services desk) that would allow you to make requests from your stateroom attendant. Our attendant kept forgetting to leave us face rags. I used the QR code to request them, but it only had an option for a whole set of towels. I tried that and received 2 sets of towels, neither of which had face rags. So ended up having to call housekeeping on the phone and explain. They should have a section for "other" with the ability to type stuff in, but I guess that could lead to all kinds of un-fulfillable requests. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Can't wait for that mess--I'm sure those trying to get off the ship and get to the airport will not be pleased. But I'm curious when you got the 'guest requests' email?
