In July this year I upgraded that plus package to premier. My personaliser says I have the plus package - this is after I have logged in and on the packages page - it states 'purchased' under plus. However, if I go into the 'confirm current packages' page it lists the benefits of plus and also some of the benefits of premier (but not all). For example I have listed Plus Bev Pkg and also Premium Bar Upgrade Medallion Net 1 device wifi and medalion net device upgrade I wont list them all but the new premier benefits that are not mentioned at all are Unlimted room service delivery Ocean now delivery Unlimited casual dining Meanwhile on my invoice (sent through today so brand new) it states I have the plus package but also further down states I have the Premier bar package. I have spoken to two different customer service agents and also done live chat. They all insist I have the new premier package (including those benefits that arent listed in my personaliser) but that there is nothing they can do to change the information on the invoice or on the perosnaliser but that 'I shoundt worry as the ship will know' Anyone else had anything like this? Anyone know anything else I can try to get my invoice and personaliser to refelct what I have actually booked? This is my first time with Princess - is this the frustrating experience I can expect?
