If i try to book this online, it automatically select all the persons in the stateroom: impossible to just select the one person. - question on how to purchase the prepaid tips. In the planner it is mentioned as an 'add on',, but when i press the + button, bothing happens. The prepaid tips aren't added to the amount due... I guess those are both IT-related questions, so i thought i'd give it a try to reach to Celebrity by mail. I've now used the one Denny mentionned (tnx Denny 😉). But while i'm at it, a short final question. On connie (and maybe on other ships too) you can select a regular concierge class stateroom or a 'prime' concierge class stateroom. It's the same price... They might make an exception if there is a medical reason why one person cannot have the alcohol package, such as pregnancy, or interference with prescription medicines but you have to plead your case by phone 4 hours ago, Difiroa676 said: - question on how to purchase the prepaid tips. Cruise for vacation Posted December 9, 2023 #6 Share Posted December 9, 2023 I am looking for an email as well. I purchased the speciality dining with OBC. It was deducted from my balance and I have a confirmation. Every time I call celebrity they say I do not have specialty dining on my reservation. I ask for an email confirmation every time they send me a confirmation it shows on my receipt. Every time I call they say they will research and call me back I’ve waiting two weeks with no call back. I have contacted blue chip club ( John, Loren, Angelica Ann supervisor) that is who booked my cruise.
