Why wouldn't they be operating?

If you are asking about the volcano, it is VERY localized, near the Blue Lagoon and the town of Grindavik.  That is all that is affected.

 

If you are asking about weather, there have been recent road closures that have impacted Golden Circle tours, but that is normal in winter.

Made the mistake of asking a question based upon someone's comment. You are right everything is good, and our tour is full. 

Since sunset is not until after 11, it should be a great excursion.
