molly361 Posted February 4 #1 Share Posted February 4 (edited) Or is it like Rcl where the sales keep coming Edited February 4 by molly361
tschwa2 Posted February 4 #2 Share Posted February 4 Sales keep coming. It is just like RCL. I've seen $50.99 recently. I have a tendency to grab it and then cancel and rebook every time it goes lower.
Rare mom says Posted February 4 #3 Share Posted February 4 Almost $6K for a bev pkg? I don't care how long your cruise is; that's too much.
jelayne Posted February 4 #4 Share Posted February 4 If you are talking USD them not a great deal. We have a cruise in April that has a flash sale this weekend and price is $43.99. Another sailing in the fall currently has the package at $50.99. Yes unfortunately Celebrity is following RCL where pricing isn’t consistent across the fleet anymore. Thanks I can't purchase it today as it's a courtesy hold and my TA probably won't deposit it until tomorrow since he just got back from vacation. If i was a one time thing I would bug him to deposit it today

Rare cruisestitch Posted February 4 #7 Share Posted February 4 $58.99 is not 6k. It’s $60, not $6000
ewalke22 Posted February 4 #8 Share Posted February 4 I paid $39.99 for our July 2024 best of Japan cruise during the Black Friday Sale. I've read that those tend to be the best sales all year.
mahasamatman Posted February 4 #9 Share Posted February 4 Value is in the eye of the beholder. Even $20 would be too expensive to make it worthwhile to me.
Ex-Airbalancer Posted February 4 #10 Share Posted February 4 Don’t look at price , look at % off , different cruise have different price per day for packages

cheeseheads4ever Posted February 4 #14 Share Posted February 4 So it’s not every cruise say in the Caribbean say that has these discounts correct? My March and April cruises haven’t budged off 20%.
smedley_odwin Posted February 4 #15 Share Posted February 4 I'd decide what you think is a good price, book it, and then keep checking for discounts against the price you've paid, not the % off as they seem to move figures around all the time, the only constant will be the figure you paid and if it's less than that great.
