floinnc Posted February 7 #1 Share Posted February 7 Does anyone have any information on unlimited use of the Thermal Suite on the Diamond Princess? I was informed that suites get complimentary access but we’re in a balcony. It’s a 22 day cruise next year with lots of sea days. Any idea of cost and whether we have to book onboard only? Thanks for any info!

Diamond Princess does not have a Thermal Suite like the other ships. There's the Izumi Japanese Bath instead. And I'm pretty sure it's not included for suite guests. In fact it took a while to get the (incorrect) answers because she was interested in my bumping up to the Premier program. I have Plus and don't want more than that. Thanks for any info! In addition to the Izumi Japanese Bath, the Diamond has the Lotus Spa. The description of spa services on the Princess web site references an 'aromatherapy thermal suite' in the Lotus Spa. It is not the same as The Enclave Thermal Suite, found on the Royal Class ships. In the Cruise Personalizer of your booking, you will see a 'Spa' tab. Six months out you will be able to view spa services and pricing. You will also be able to reserve spa services. 1

Thanks for any info! Looks like we are on the same cruise. I booked the thermal suite package as the price was amazing. However after lots of research there is no indoor pool in the spa which is what we were looking for. Have now cancelled as it's just not going to suit us.

There is a even larger outside whirl pool, shared by men and women. It's very nice. We were on the Diamond in December 2022.
