Hi! My ship is stopping in Genoa and I have about 10 hours at the port. I wanted to go outside of Genoa (I was thinking of going to Camogli, Santa Magherita Ligure, and/or Portofino. Do I have enough time? Also, what is there to do in these 3 villages? From my understanding, there is lots of hiking, strolling around, or swimming. Is this correct?

You have plenty of time to ride the ferry that makes those stops.  Google each place and look at pictures.  Check out a guide book to read a little about each.  These are all very scenic towns and well. worth visiting.

As already suggested, read up on each, also past threads.  Online info for all can easily be found by googling eg "Tourist Info for (name of town)" Tripadvisor, YouTube, Frommer's, Fodor, Rick Steves and any others which appear in your search results.

if you have not already searched for and read any past threads using the quick and easy search tool,  you could make a start with these.

Camogli

Santa Margherita

Portofino

And la Spezia as a bonus as the above names are frequently mentioned in la Spezia threads.

didn't say what's there to do in CT! Look at my post.

And neither you did!  My senior moment as the first "quote" on my post #4 was indeed the OP, but my second was actually yours in error.☹️
