Sky Princess - Baltic Cruise 2025

Recommended Posts

Hi fellow cruisers, I hope you can help. Having done a couple of cruises before with Royal Caribbean, Anthem and Independence, I thought we would give Princess a try. I have a couple of questions that I hope you can help with. We are going on the Sky Princess, on a 13 day Baltic cruise in May.

1) We are going from Southampton and we need to book car parking. At the moment, we do not know which terminal it will dock. Is there a company that we can book where we can drive to the terminal, drop the luggage, and then someone parks the vehicle until we return i.e. Meet & Greet, even though the terminal at this stage is unknown. I am travelling with my elderly parents, and ideally don't want them lugging their cases far.

2) If the Sky Princess is at full capacity, does it feel crowded ? On the Anthem and Independence when full, it seemed that there was plenty of space where you could chill out and not feel crowded.

Many thanks

Hi I am sailing 2025 with Princess and have booked Parking4cruises.

I have used them before great service and good prices. They will know which terminal.

`1) You can pre-book parking for your cruise now via CPS - you normally drop off the car and your keys directly outside the terminal and they will park your car for you. Even if you return to a different terminal they will move the car to that terminal (or provide a coach drop-off) so you can pick it up easily. They are pricier than some of the other offerings but we have used them for years and they have been reliable. Go to https://www.cruiseparking.co.uk/, select to book in Southampton, select Princess and browse down the list of cruises. You don't need to know the terminal in advance in other words.

2) If Sky Princess is at full capacity and the weather isn't great then you do notice the crowds in the inside bars and piazza areas- not so easy to find seats.

If the weather is poor, Sky Princess is dreadful for finding seating. Ignorant people who would normally hog the sunbeds hog the seating in the bars and piazza instead.
