Smoking On Board

John,

I've looked at the terms of your Passenger Ticket Contract, specifically the smoking policy, but it is not clear if smoking is allowed anywhere on he ship by either passengers or crew. We prefer a ship with a zero smoking policy, including vaping. The Contract lists specific locations where smoking is not allowed but does not expressly state that it is a ship-wide ban. On a ship of that size, I believe that smoking anywhere could be noticeable under the right wind conditions.

On Victory I and Victory II, smoking is permitted on the  Sun Deck at the very top of the ship, in a designated smoking area.
