Crazylegs1976 Posted August 10 #1 Share Posted August 10 We just booked the Wonder last week for 8/18. I am trying to book shows and of course by now they are all booked - does anyone know if you are able to get in once on board or if it says sold out then is it actually sold out? Another_Critic Posted August 10 #2 Share Posted August 10 (edited) They save some spots to book once on board. There's also no reservation lines that usually let in (pending space available) 10 to 15 minutes prior to showtime. You will probably be able to get into most shows without reservations with the exception of the comedy show.( they have a standby line but its a small venue )
ARandomTraveler Posted August 10 #5 Share Posted August 10 (edited) Don't worry, there will be plenty of people who made a reservation who decide, once on the ship, that the show doesn't fit into their day for whatever reason, and just won't show up. You can go to the stand-by line and get in to pretty much any show except maybe the comedy show on ships with a small comedy venue (like Allure), but even that can have extra seats sometimes. They do open up some reservation spots for people to book on boarding day, so the earlier you get on the ship, the more likely you are to be able to reserve the showtime you want. I booked a last minute cruise a few weeks ago and was able to see every single show I wanted to see (including comedy). To be fair, I was traveling solo, and finding a solo seat is always easy. Parkhopper Posted August 10 #6 Share Posted August 10 They hold back a portion of the show reservations for boarding day. You can either book as soon as you board on the app, or go straight to the box office (usually on 4th floor outside of the theater, across from the small smoke free casino). There will be staff there with iPads to help you book all shows
