OBC only half amount showing

Recent booking for Journey Canada/New England. Is the shown OBC  per person or per cabin? OBC shows half the amount.

There is OBC per person and per booking. As you see on the pic $ 150 per guest out of promotion and $ 400 per cabin from B2B booking.

Do you mean the OBC that is shown under Upcoming Cruises?  That amount should be the total for all guests in cabin.  I say should because on our upcoming cruises the total is correct for some bookings and incorrect for others.  I called and the rep had the correct amount on their system but couldn’t explain why it did not show correctly on the web.

I have a booked sailing and the OBC under Upcoming Cruises keeps changing even though I have not touched anything ( like adding shore excursions or packages).  Odd   Not sure if this has happened to anyone else. Maybe killapirate, this will happen to your account. Keep checking back
