We have cruised multiple times with Holland America and have eaten at the Pinnacle Grill many times. We think it is extemely good although, having said that, we also think that Rudi's (on the ships that have that venue) is better.  On our last cruise, we also dined at the Tamarind and thought that it, too, was extremely good. Unfortunately neither Rudi's nor the Tamarind are on very many of HAL's ships.

Definitely...you could cut the steak with a fork.  The best I have ever had.  The whole meal was a 10 from start to finish!
