Can Not Sign In

I have tried signing in with my account that I have had for quite a few years.  It says my email and/or pass word is incorrect.  I can sign in using Google, but it as if I am a new member.  I lost all  my prior posts and joining date.  I tried to change password, and it said I would receive an email tell ing me how, but I never received an email after several attempts.  Please help.

Please contact CC Help Michell, UGC Content Coordinator, via email to help@cruisecritic.com. Please send your email from your current Cruise Critic email address of record and be sure to mention all your Cruise Critic user names & Cruise Critic email addresses of record. This is so your membership can be quickly verified, and any reply sent to your current Cruise Critic email address of record. Also, please include important information such as your browser and type of device (PC, laptop, tablet, iPad, iPhone, etc.) along with any screen shots that may be helpful. 

 

With almost two million Cruise Critic members sending e-mails 24/7 from all over the world, please be patient for any reply or action. Also, please remember we Hosts are non-paid volunteers and work the boards when our real life permits. Most Administrators work regular weekday business hours and have vacations & holidays.
