mferranti Posted May 19, 2006 #1 Share Posted May 19, 2006 We're considering switching our Sunset Veranda cabin on Century's 8/26 Norwegian Fjords cruise to something else. I'm not sure we want to overlook the Sunset Bar all week. Can anyone tell me why a Concierge Class cabin with 172 sq. ft. of floor space and a 46-sq.-ft. veranda is listed at $1799 pp while a smaller Category 2A Deluxe Ocean View is $1950 pp? Is deck 10 on Century undesirable for some reason?
tbelian Posted May 19, 2006 #2 Share Posted May 19, 2006 I would say probably because there are more of the CC class rooms than the other ones. Just a guess, but probably why.
kannna Posted May 19, 2006 #3 Share Posted May 19, 2006 Well deck 10 is right under everything it seems. I upgraded to something on 9 and got money back the other day. Fabulous!
cruising*rabbit Posted May 24, 2006 #4 Share Posted May 24, 2006 Hello (again) I did the same thing a few days ago. I noticed on X's web site that the CC class room was going for less then what I paid for a 2A room. My Mom was leary when I told her, thought it too good to be true. I had the TA call and check. I was right so we're now booked in a CC room. I no brainer to me, and I'm thrilled with the upgrade. It should make a great trip even more enjoyable!
