Baltics 2005 Transportation Advice

Recommended Posts

Hi all!

We just got back from the Island Princess in Alaska, and I've already started planning our June 4, 2005 Star Princess cruise to the Baltics! Helps alleviate the PCD (post cruise depression)!

Anyway, I need some advice. We'll be flying out on June 3rd to Copenhagen for embarkation on the 4th. The Star returns to Copenhagen on Tuesday, the 14th. Then, we'd like to go to Amsterdam for a couple of days, then on to Paris for a couple of days, returning home on Sunday, the 19th.

What's the best way to get from Copenhagen to Amsterdam? Rail? Plane? We'd like to take the train somewhere during our trip, but don't want to use up a whole day traveling.... Maybe plane to Amsterdam, then train to Paris??

Airline suggestions??

We've never been to Northern Europe, so we're starting at square one here...

Thanks in advance for all your help!!

Happy Sailings!
