Parking in Bayonne?

:confused: We're leaving Friday (7/2/04) - Different sites have different parking prices - some say $12/day - others say $15/day - CASH only. Does this include all taxes and fee's. Is the parking secure?

 

Thanks - can't wait 1 1/2 days to go! Is the Grand Bahama port open yet?
