we have a group going to Alaska on July 8th on the Dawn and I have been appointed to seek out the dinner menus if anyone out there has returned recently from the Dawn and might have them available. We have some picky eaters in our group:o

We sailed with Princess on the Sun in 2002 and just came back from Mexico on the Sapphire this spring. Their menus don't change too much, but the food is wonderful. Be sure to have a souffle at least once. For the picky eaters, there are items that are always available--shrimp cocktail, steak, chicken breast. Rememeber, too, that if you try something on the menu and can't/don't like it you can order something else and many people do...usually just to try another food. Pepperpot soup and frog legs were 2 things I tried.

Hope that helps calm some thoughts.

All of the Ak cruises have basically the same menu. Here is a website with Island Princess menus for this year. You can also request the menus directly from Princess.

we are from Tulsa, OK. We have a group of about 40. Our wonderful boss takes us on a cruise every 2 years. He's a great guy and very generous. Look for the Celebrity Attractions group, we will have long sleeve grey t-shirts with a whale on them. Our company presents national touring Broadway shows in several cities in the midwest. Maybe we will see you on the ship.

So far there is onloy 4 of us, but we are all meeting in the Wheelhouse Bar right after the mustering. We are going to wear red ribbons so we can recognize each other. We would love to have you join us. At least stop over to the roll call and say hello.
