CP dolphin mini-suite vs Baja balcony

My husband, son (6y), daughter (3y) can't make a decision between front mini-suite on dolphin deck or middle Baja balcony. Can anyone tell me the pros and cons of the two? Thanks!! This is for Caribbean Princess.:o

The mini has a sitting area and bigger bathroom, and 2 tvs. Balcony is fully exposed.

 

Balcony cabin on Baja is covered I believe with no sitting area, 1 TV, and a small bathroom.

With 4, I'd go with the largest stateroom possible. The Mini suite is not that large, but it sure beats the Balcony stateroom for more room.:eek:

Why not consider caribe deck with a balcony instead of baja? The cabin will be the same and the balcony will be twice the size, 1/2 covered and 1/2 open.

Thanks for the help but the caribe deck is sold out. my luck!! :( so do you know if you still get sun on the baja deck balcony? is it better middle ship or front?

I prefer the middle first and then the back. Front would be my last choice.

I'm sure you'll get sun at some point in the day on the covered balcony.

Just wanted to add in the mini suite the bathroom has a bathtub, which may be a plus for the three year old.

We are going Nov 12th sailing!! I am so excited!!! My husband is not so excited about the formal nights! Is nice dress pants and a tie ok for formal nights? or is it suit or tux?

 

we went with the middle baja. Since we are 1st timers we won't know what we are missing by not getting a mini suite!!:p
