Kelsoby Posted August 20, 2006 #1 Share Posted August 20, 2006 I don't know if I should post this question here, or under the Princess Cruises forum, but I will try here first. Does Princess typically use specific hotels in Ft. Lauderdale when you fly in the day before when booking air through the cruise line? We are coming in from Canada (I don't know if that would make a difference). I have heard many people talking about Amerisuites, but I'm not sure if this is the only one, or if there might be others. I just wanted to check them out before we go; just to know what to expect. Also, if there is more than one Amerisuites hotel in Ft. Lauderdale, which one is it? Thank you! shedar Posted August 24, 2006 #2 Share Posted August 24, 2006 Hi there... my husband and 6 others... also from Canada went on a Princess cruise last October.... we flew in a day early... and we stayed at the Marriott.... it was pretty expensive.... but someone met us at the airport and took us by bus right to our hotel.... there were quite a few of us going on the same cruise that stayed there... as there were 3 buses in the morning to pick us all up... and take us over to the ship.....we had our travel agent book the hotel for us.... and everything turned out great... have fun.....
