? Marriott Courtyard - Miramar

The Marriott Courtyard in Miramar is showing a good rate for January. I know it's not on the beach, but has anyone stayed there? Any feedback? Thanks,

it is a new hotel, clean with 2 great restaurants on site. However, there's not much walking distance, you must take a taxi anywhere. It is like a 10 minute drive to old san juan.

Dmndlil, thanks for the Bump, and gonma, thanks for the response! I'm okay with not much within walking distance; we'll take the bus or a taxi into San Juan for the day and evening. We're getting a great rate, plus with Marriott bucks, we really won't be paying out of pocket for the hotel. We can't get that kind of deal in OSJ, which is where we prefer to stay when we're actually paying for it :D

I read on the boards a while back that there is a supermarket across the street, is this true? We would like to purchase alcohol there in San Jaun before our cruise since we can no longer take it in our airplane carry-on. Thanks for any info.
