Ok I am going on a 7 day cruise in december 10-17 actually. How close to the cruise can you cancel somebody that is going with you. There is 6 of use going but 1 of the might not be going. Also, if I just wanted to take somebody else, when is the latest I can wait in-order to change the names?

You have untill final payments are due without having any sort of penalty. With a cruise of the 2nd week of Dec., payment is likely due very soon.

 

Call your travel agent ASAP and ask. That's what TA's are for. Also ask about substituting a different person.

 

Don't wait otherwise you may be out some cash.
