Anyone ever overnight in Quebec?

We are on the Oct. 11 Constellation 13 nt. Canada/New England sailing and will be in Quebec for two days, 8:00AM till 11:00 PM the following day. We are considering doing excursions that include dinner in the city on both evenings and are wondering what evening dress codes we will miss onboard. For anyone has previously done this cruise, were both nights casual, one casual/one informal, or will we miss a formal night? It seems unlikely that they would schedule a formal night while in an overnight port, but this port occurs pretty much in the middle of the cruise and since there are suppose yto be three each formal and informal they might have to "squeeze them in" on one of these nights.

 

We do tend to enjoy dressing up for dinner and would just as soon miss two casual nights:p

 

I wish Celebrity would publish a schedule of dress codes for the evenings along with the itinerary as it makes it easier to plan one's port activities.
