ILoveScotland Posted November 4, 2006 #1 Share Posted November 4, 2006 I should know this as I'm sure it's been posted somewhere but don't know where to look for the answer. Are there coffee pots in the cabins on the Brilliance? I leave for Barcelona tomorrow and board for the Atlantic crossing on Tuesday. I'll tuck in a bag of coffee if there are coffee pots in the rooms. Thanks.
crazeekayaker Posted November 4, 2006 #2 Share Posted November 4, 2006 :) I haven't seen coffee pots in any of the RC cruises I have been on... I believe they think they're fire hazards (like an iron). But have a great time!!
madforcruising Posted November 4, 2006 #3 Share Posted November 4, 2006 I´ve been on Brilliance in June and can confirm, no coffe pots on the ship as on any RCCL ship. It´s correct that they are considered a fire hazard.

ILoveScotland Posted November 4, 2006 Author #6 Share Posted November 4, 2006 A fresh pot of coffee is a room service call away. That I definitely know. I just wondered if there were also coffee pots in the cabins. It seems I've read on some thread about some cruise line having them. Oh well. One less thing to pack. tlm Posted November 4, 2006 #7 Share Posted November 4, 2006 We were on the Norweigan Sun in September and we had a coffee maker in our suite. Toni
ronandannette Posted November 4, 2006 #8 Share Posted November 4, 2006 A fresh pot of coffee is a room service call away. Ya, a fresh pot of really :p GROSS coffee... I'm not sure how much of a hazard the pots are as NCL has them, and we found it a nice touch. I guess it's just a discretionary thing as to how each line appoints it's cabins. RCCL - if you're listening PLEASE put those little coffee makers in the rooms... Happy Sails, Annette
