RWolver672 Posted November 4, 2006 #2 Share Posted November 4, 2006 Just curious as to how early we can board the Glory Thanks Heather We got to the pier at about 11:15. We were all checked in by 11:45 but they didn't start boarding the ship that day until noon. We were onboard by 12:15 and were in our cabin by 1. It just depends on how quickly they debark the last passengers and get the systems all set up for the new passengers.
CwuzCwazy Posted November 4, 2006 #3 Share Posted November 4, 2006 Generally, if you drop your luggage off with the Porters, park your car, and get in the terminal by 11 AM, you are sure to be on board by noon at the latest. We've done 11 Carnival Cruises and never been on board later than noon using this method. Tim

Vale Posted November 5, 2006 #5 Share Posted November 5, 2006 It's better to arrive early! This time we got to port around 12:30 p.m. and found the line to be nearly a block around the outside. However it moved fast when boarding started and we were on by 1 p.m. and in our room.

cruisecrazytoo Posted November 5, 2006 #9 Share Posted November 5, 2006 Last time we cruised the Glory LAST YEAR, got there at 1 pm and quickly moved on board by 1:30 pm. They have a smooth operation. Going agin on 1-13 cuz the military rate was right, frequent flier free tickets into Melbourne FL on Delta and 4 PORTS! Yee hah! Is this a best kept secret? SeaSick Posted November 5, 2006 #10 Share Posted November 5, 2006 We were just on the Glory a couple weeks ago. DW & I got to the terminal just after 10:00 & were the first non-VIP's aboard. We were sitting down to eat on the lido by 12:05. Happy sailing
