Cayman Bicycle Adventure Excursion

Has anyone taken this excursion? It lists it as strenous, however my boyfriend says that the island is basically flat and cannot imagine it is that strenous of a ride. It states it's a 3 hour tour *giggle* but part of that is being driven to the location, back afterwards and includes stops at Hell & the turtle farm. I am guessing perhaps a 1.5 hour ride at most? Thanks for any information. I would prefer to book in advance before we board :D

If you like sweating profusely, then it might be fun. Yes, the island is very flat, but it is also extremely hot and humid year round. I prefer activities that require as little movement as possible or involve water when I visit GC.
