Mercury - 2-O/V or 1-Sky Suite for 4??

I posted this on the Celebrity board, but maybe this is the proper place for this type of question? This will be the first time on this line for all of us....

 

Help!!

 

Planning a "girls getaway" weekend cruise for next fall, and we are trying to figure out what we can do. There will be four of us "40 somethings" and NO KIDS!!

We can either afford two ocean view rooms (two bathrooms) or we can splurge and book a sky suite on the sky deck with the HUGE balcony and all the perks...but only one bathroom.

No - we cant afford two balcony rooms at all. :(

 

So - we all want to spend time in the t-pool, that is included with the suite...(couldnt we just shower there, too?) :rolleyes:

(How much would that cost 4 of us for 3 nights if it wasnt included?)

 

This will only be for a three night cruise....

(I definitely wouldnt do it for a 7 nighter)

...should we forgo the extra bathroom and be decadent for a change? Or should we be practical?

 

What would you do??

 

(We all stayed in one hotel room last year for one night and it was a blast...but...that was ONE night!)

 

I have a sky suite on hold, as well as the regular ocean views, so I am looking forward to your feedback.
