Does anyone know if it is possible to cancel the air and book my own. We did purchase travel insurance (don't know if that makes a difference). TIA:confused: Changing your air won't constitute a valid travel insurance claim. Separately, if you got a "real" travel insurance policy, you can cover any prepaid non-refundable trip costs.
