Sailing on the 30th

and no docs yet ... should we be getting worried? This is only our second cruise (first we booked ourselves with AirMiles), and we booked with a TA .. put a call into her today but she wasn't in.

 

When typically can one expect to get docs?

Well, you don't NEED the paper docs.............you can go online and fill out your information there and get your SetSailPass yourself. But if you WANT your docs, yes, it's time to be concerned. Get a hold of your TA and ask him/her where they are. If there is any chance that you are supposed to get edocs, check your spam folder.
