levon10 Posted January 14, 2007 #1 Share Posted January 14, 2007 I know this sound strange but my DH and I enjoy going to the casinos after the shows and gambling before we turn in. Is there gambling on an Alaskan cruise? When I read the trip reports there is no mention of anyone gambling. Maybe there isn't any because we cruise so close to shore. Thanks in advance for any info. dsfitz Posted January 14, 2007 #2 Share Posted January 14, 2007 Yes there is gambling when the ship is at sea on Alaska cruises. It's one of the reasons that the ship makes a port call in Victoria.

LOL -- never fear, they get far enough from shore to open the Casino!! Of course when the ship is in port, and when it is in Glacier Bay or Tracy Arm, there is no gambling. But fear not, after dinner most nights you are going to have your chance in the casino! Have a GREAT cruise!
