A/C vehicle--need quick response

Hi, our tour guide has written to say that his van's A/C is broken now.

 

We tour St. Kitts (all day tour--9 hours) in a couple of weeks with our Mom who is 77 and rather frail.

 

Is it a deal breaker to have a vehicle with no A/C?

 

Opinions from those who have toured St Kitts during January?

Do NOT subject your Mom to a full day in a hot van ... and believe me, it will be hot.

I agree - don't expect your mom to make that tour. It will be HOT, humid and esp. uncomfortable in a van.

Gotcha Spender Nui and Dancing Gal! Thanks for the info. That's kind of what we thought, but thought I would ask here to see what the comments were.

 

We leave in 4 days and now I've got to madly scramble to find another private tour guide for St. Kitts.
