cruiser willy Posted January 19, 2007 #1 Share Posted January 19, 2007 We're (family of 4) staying in a mini suite on deck 11 facing the stern (aft). Any experience with this accomodation? Final question: After roughly 40 cruises, I'm seriously considering packing only sandals for footwear (besides sneakers). Would a man be allowed in all dining rooms wearing dressy sandals ? Has anyone been asked to put on shoes? Many thanks for any advice.
rfuentes10 Posted January 22, 2007 #2 Share Posted January 22, 2007 It should not be a problem. My boyfriend always where sandals or flip flops. NCL is awesome. We love food but hate dresing up, this is why FREESTYLE is the best.
Stillfloatin' Posted January 22, 2007 #3 Share Posted January 22, 2007 We're (family of 4) staying in a mini suite on deck 11 facing the stern (aft). We're booked in the exact same location for our March back-to-back cruises on the Pearl. We chose them because we loved them so much on our Jewel cruise last year. Great views, no wind, wonderful sounds of the wake, and watch out for those baking cookies and bread smells that come wafting your way every day. We always ended up going on a cookie run after smelling them..:D
boco5 Posted January 22, 2007 #4 Share Posted January 22, 2007 I was on the 1/5 sailing of the Pearl. All I brought were 2 pair of sandals; one black, one brown; my sneaks and my flip flops. No problem
