They should come in the mail around the time of final payment or so. If you haven't received them by a month out I would call your TA.

They come from Princess with your Pre-cruise documents.

We received ours in the mail several days ago for our March 27th Island Princess cruise.

Your luggage tags will come in your pre-cruise package. Be sure to look through the entire envelope since they can slip down to the bottom and you can think they're not there. The pre-cruise package will also include the booklet on your shore excursions, the cruise answer book and other pamphlets.

Don't worry if you don't get enough luggage tags--Princess only sent us THREE (for four people!), but we had no trouble getting extras at the dock.

Ours also looked like three tags, but they were back to back, two sets of 3.
