luggage tags at cruise terminal?

Yes, they will have extras, no problem.

They always have tags. Lots of folks don't get their cabin assignments until they arrive at the port.

We misplaced ours, and the Princess representative outside the pier had extras. No problem. Nancy

We booked our last cruise last minute and had no luggage tags. The porters have them. A suggestion that i read from another post: take a black permanent marker with you and they will have you fill out the luggage tags. They really appreciated that it was nonsmear-so when they deliver to your cabin there is no error because they cannot read it. I put the marker in my purse so it was accessible.:)
