Windows on Carnival

I have been on every class ship in the CCL line except spirit class and the only thing I saw that opened were balcony doors. Most of the Window rooms are on the first two decks. I have seen water splash up on them, so that may be why they don't open.

even if you are on the 9th deck? I guess it's wishfull thinking:p

I was wondering if windows open on Carnival cruise ship? I have searched the message boards and came up with nothing.....thanks!
