10/21 or 11/4 cruise?

We are trying to decide if we should go on the CB on 10/21 or 11/4 sailing. Main concern is that it will get dark too early due to daylight savings time on the 11/4 cruise. Has anyone sailed in Nov and did your days seem that much shorter?

We have cruised in early fall, later fall, early spring and late spring. And to be honest I have not seen much difference in the amount of day light. That is probably because you are much closer to the equator where you get have about 12 hours of day light year round. Even cruising into early december, I have noted that the sun is going down around 6:30 or so. Plus at see you have not land or mountains between you and the horizen.
