Has anyone done Hawaii in November

Just wondering how the seas were traveling from the West Coast to Hawaii on the 14 day circle cruise???? Thanks for the info.

We sailed 2 years ago in mid October, and it was cool the first couple of days, but lovely after that! Are you thinking of doing the Mercury?

We were on Infinity this past Oct. 22, and only the 1st day out of L.A. were choppy...other than that...absolutely a wonderful cruise. Once of our favorites!

Very difficult to predict with any degree of certainty what the sea state will be; but as noted, often a bit choppy 1st day or two out from the West Coast, and last day or two approaching the Left Coast.

 

Much of that is due to crossing the Japanese Current, which flows South along the California Coast.

We did Infinity round trip from San Diego November 5-20 (I think) in 2005. The weather was a little cool on day one out of San Diego and the seas were a little rough. Other than that the weather was great.

We were on the same trip as Karynanne, and had a wonderful trip....very little rain in the whole 14 days, and the little there was didn't last. We swam and kyaked in Hawaii, and had some glorious weather there.
